Here is my GSD pup. I know that most of the GSD owners on here are working dog fans, and i am too...I chose to go with a show bred american line...for personal reasons...this dog will not be used for anything more than a family friend...and to be obedient to me....lol...
he has, from what i have read, a good pedigree....i will post it up too, in case you guys were wondering....I got him from HeartStar german shepherds in atlanta, ga....
some of the dogs on the page i really DON'T like the way that they look, but hey, we all have what we like....
i love the working dogs, but am way to naive to work with one, seeing as how this is my first dog. i surely did not want to be overwhelmed by a very strong dog...

AAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWW, what a cutie patootie! Charlie is such a handsome boy. I love his expression in the last picture. There just is nothing quite like a shepherd pup.
I love the 11 weeks photo, with his ears all flat--Yoda-style!! How big is he now?
last wed nite he weighed in @ 37.7#...he turned 16wks the next day....
people tell me all the time that he will be HUGE....b/c of his paws and ears. i dunno...he is from a show line. his dad is not that big. mother either....hell, you can see in the pics and the link above that his dad is probably 20" at the shoulder...but i am not a good judge of that...i am thinking about 75-80# max....

Such a noble face. In your sig picture it seems he's giving off an impression of royalty. I was going to say he looks like his sire, but the sire and dam have very similar markings. But bet he ends up with a very dark face and more of sire's coloring. He very well may grow to be a big guy. Glad you were able to keep him safe from that attacking dog (from your other thread).

thanks for the compliments Sandy....
he does look like his daddy to me, and his grandmother looks more like some of the working dogs that i have seen..color and build structure. but i think that his face looks more like one of his "uncle's" in that, it is lightening up a good deal...but i like him either way. i think that he is beautiful....they are all beautiful...
i can also say, that since i have registered here, i have taken on a much higher liking to the sable coated and working structured dogs. they are very very beautiful...even my fiancee who did NOT want a german shepherd (a ring can change a lot...lol), has been looking @ pics of them all with me and is saying how beautiful she thinks they are as well....
