In general, you dont need to give anything after vaccinations. Certainly not antibiotics (if that's what you are asking). As as I understand the liver does not suffer during vaccination <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
*Everything* puts a strain on the liver -- its job is to detoxify anything in the bloodstream which includes a surprising amount of food as well. Many antibiotics are also dumped straight out by the kidneys.
Unless your dog has liver problems or someone's telling you that extract of Oleander (now that's horrible poison and will cause acute liver failure)is the next thing, I wouldn't worry about it. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> There is no dietary supplement that will 'rest' a liver.
If she's on antibiotics, the best thing you can do is to give them according to instructions and finish the entire run.
