On May 5th and 6th Will Rambeau and I will be co-sponsoring a two day workshop with Claudia Romard at Little River Canine. Claudia will concentrate on competition obedience, problem solving and handling skills . The workshop will be held at 7710 180th Street, McAlpin Fl. (near Live Oak/Lake City Fl)
Claudia's accomplishments speak for themselves as she competed at age 17 with a 2 1/2 year old bitch, Munja, in the BSP. Munja went on to produce Bandit Van Gogh. Last year Claudia came in 2nd at the USA Nationals with Yara.
Claudia's web site can be found at
http://www.vangoghkennels.com
Cost is $150.00 for both days and includes lunches, drinks and snacks.
Participation will be limited in order for everyone to have ample time for individual work. Please contact Betty Mathena at
admin@littlerivercanine.com for more information.

We still have spots open for both handler teams and spectators.
This would be an excellent seminar for a beginning handler to get their feet wet with us concentrating on Obedience, or for an experienced handler looking to learn to squeeze out those last couple of points in a trial.
And if you come and behave yourself you can rub Fetz's tummy!
Just kidding about that last one!

Ahh Will, if you are going to give out Belly rubs by Fetz, I need to take another look at the liability insurance.....
Just kidding, Fetz loves belly rubs by complete strangers.
And Annabelle is the Easter bunny...........

We still a few ( just a few, though ) spots open for the seminar tomorrow.
We will accept same day entries, but you'd be wise to contact us *now* so that we may send you directions!

I think everyone should pretty much be home now from the weekend with Claudia and all I can say is *WOW*.
If you get a chance to train with Claudia-do it. She is a master of the art of teaching you to be part of a team with your dog.
Plus she is really funny!
