AND have you researched or ever had a breed of this type before? I would never recommend this breed as a first time dog for anyone. Let alone TWO of them.... Lisa, I have to say this....the above statement concerns me. Luck, has nothing to do with owning this breed of dog. You are going to need to be a firm, fair and confident pack leader and socialize these dogs correctly. Patience I agree with. I am not trying to be the "bad guy" here, but I feel strongly about breeds like this. (not to mention my own preferred breeds also which are working line Mals, Bloodhounds and GSD's in that order) If I were to rely on luck with a couple of the dogs that I have, I would have court dates weekly. It takes hard work, dedication, patience and also study and research and have a board like this to go to with questions. Until The Tale of the Lioness is told, the Story will Always Glorfy the Hunter
