Sandy, I could be wrong, but in the first video the guys sitting at the table behind the decoy are part of the scenario. They may also be judges. I see one shaking what appears to be a bell to sound the end of the exercise. Its too small to be a noise distractor. I'm sure Johan will enlighten us.

I didn't even notice the guy shaking a bell. Since they're part of the scenario, are they there for distraction purposes? I was wondering why they didn't have sleeves on at least. You know, in case the dog made a mistake
Good thing the decoy caught the bites - I almost expected to see the dog landing on the guys behind him.
They are judges and they don't wear any protective gear. It is up to the handler to call off a dog that goes for the wrong person. Now they walk on the field and are even more likely to be targetted by the dog
