I have always given my dogs whole raw eggs. Every dog I had, always got one raw egg a week. Never had any problems. Well, I ran into this lady and she seemed utterly shocked that I do this. She said its very, very bad for the dogs <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> . I would like to know what the other board members think about this. If there has been a thread on this subject before, please direct me to it.
The shell also helps to firm the poop. I feed 3 per week (one every 2nd day). Eggs from properly fed chickens have a good supply of omega-3 fatty acids.
