I have had to put my GSD Pup Fred into a Kennel for 8 days while i make a bigger out door pen for him and Old Dog Charlie, This one is a Steel Fence 2m high, Plus having to re do the Base of the Pen, But he has only been gone three days and i think of him every minute of the Day The person he has gone to is a well known Trainer i know will look after him and do a little work with him
How is it a person can miss a Pup so much after only having him 6 months
Yep, I KNOW!
You must have a particularly strong bond with this pup. I have never boarded any of my dogs. I know one day I'll need to, and it won't be easy.

Yes i Do, I thought this afternoon that if i work until Dark every day for the next 4 to 5 days i may be able to bring him home a day earlier than expected, if everything goes well
Better get back and do a bit
I hope he does not forget who i am when he comes home

I've been out of town for a week, returning home tomorrow, and I can't tell you how MUCH I miss my dog. He turned 1 year on the 15th (which I missed) and I've never been away from him this long.
I admit I've spoken to him over the phone a few times
It don't take them long to become part of our hearts and our families. I think we can all understand how you miss your pup but will have a nice pen when he comes home in just a few days. keep your chin up and go see your pup from time to time to help you through this time.

I know, my boy is only 5 mo. and even when I leave him in the crate for a few hours I worry! I know how he hates me even out of his site, and I wish he could be with me always! My family all thinks I'm crazy.
