Have a supplier who has suggested to try feeding my dog Buffalo 'OFFAL'....(consists of raw Kidney, heart, liver, tongue, and tail) as a supplement twice a week. Anyone tried something similar? Thoughts, or comments!
WELL JASON, I DON'T KNOW A WHOLE LOT ABOUT BUFFALO, BUT WHAT COULD BE WRONG WITH IT? THE OFFAL IS ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA. WHEN FEEDING BARF YOU WANT TO KEEP IN MIND THE PREY ANIMAL. THE ANIMAL IS NOT JUST MADE OF MUSCLE AND BONE, BUT ORGANS TOO. WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR STEAK DINNER YOU HAVE A VEGGIE OR TWO AND MAYBE SOME BREAD. YOU DON'T JUST SIT DOWN TO HUNK OF MEAT AND ONLY EAT THE MEAT DO YOU? BESIDES THAT IS ONE OF THE GREAT THINGS ABOUT BARF IS VARIETY!
