Okay, forgive me, but I had a great day. My first buck so I have to show my friends..... (plus it is kind of dog related since it some of it is food..... )
(please note, I look scary, but I would be made fun of if I cleaned up for deer hunting....hee hee AND I have been out cutting up meat for dog food so I missed out on the auctions...dangit )
One shot, through the heart at 120 yds with a 25.06. He did not travel over 10ft from where I shot him at. 5pt/4pt
K, no way is that thing hanging in your first pic a deer. It's a bison.
Congratulations on the awesome bounty! You don't look scary, that hunting outfit is quite cute on you actually. Lol.

Do you actually skin the ones for the dogs? Do you do something w/the pelts? My dogs have been having a field day dragging pelts around the back yard. Mia chewed the fat off one, and then dragged it into her house, where it now acts as a wonderfully warm rug.
The faint of heart need not open my chest freezer.

It was a nice cape so it will be tanned and I will keep it as a couch throw.....or something. I will mount the antlers on a plaque and I will freeze the head for a while and then "throw it to the dog"...hee hee
Rock had a good time helping us cut it up
