I thought I'd take a minute to introduce you to someone you'll be seeing/hearing a lot about in the future. I don't think I've formally introduced any of my dogs but Caleb before, but I wanted to present the latest member of my crew, Qira vom Linmarc. She was born 10-3-07 and is out of V Durbas von den Schwedenschanzen (who is actually a dark bi-color, not a black) (Pedigree&Photo) and V Peddy vom Grafental (ped&pic) . I have wanted a "pure" DDR female for quite a while and so far, this girl is everything I could want. She is sooo balanced and stable that I can't imagine her maturing into anything less than awesome. I have always wanted a combo of these two lines, so when she came up, I had to have her, although she's black...and you all know how I feel about black dogs. Now I have TWO!
Anyway, I guess the rules state that I have to put one pic up of me, so here we are:
And here's the waaay cuter one by herself:
She has her own photobucket album if anyone's interested:

Oh man...she is CUTE!
How many dogs does this bring you to, Jenni? I can't ever keep it straight.
She is a very lucky girl to find her home with you. Talk about a wonderful life.
And it's nice to FINALLY put a face to your name and your "voice". I've looked through your albums but could never figure out which chick you were...LOL

Thanks, Sarah. Yep; I'm the dark one . The others are blondes (sis and cousin). How many dogs does this bring you to, Jenni? I can't ever keep it straight.
Hmmm, more than 4? Less than 7? Does that work? Actually, there are 6. Keep in mind my APBTs are rescues and could go to other homes, but it's ok if they stay, too. 4 permanent fixtures-3 GSDs and 1 Chihuahua, and 2 "longterm rescue" APBTs.
Thanks for the kind words; I don't often get a puppy that I actually sought out; they usually find ME. It's fun.

Thank you, Marj.
Robbin, LMAO. I don't laugh out loud very much, and I do it even less when I'm by myself, but you succeeded in making me look like a lunatic, all alone in my office, with people looking in the window wondering "what's up with HER?".
Thus far, she's the puppy of MY dreams, too. It's so lucky to get a pup who actually meets your expectations. So many people disagree on terminology that it's hard to tell a breeder what you're looking for and know they understand and have the same interpretation of those terms. I admit, I have researched these lines for the better part of 5 years, so I thought I my chances were pretty good or I wouldn't have dropped the cash, but she exceeds my expectations. She is absolutely awesome, and I couldn't have asked for more of a "total package."
Yuko: I get up 4 hours before I have to be at work, and I bring at least one dog to work w/me, so they're constantly rotated for one-on-one time. Oh, that and I have no life. My boyfriend works as much as I do on his business (hangar/jet center/flight school)I do aspire to breed her, but of course not for a few years, and not necessarily to a dog I have. We shall see how she turns out . Believe me, you will be among the first to know.

Wow, well you are certainly efficient!
You know, if my university would let me bring a dog to class and if the microbiology lab at the hospital where I work also accepted dogs, maybe I could make time for a third pup
Not breeding her for a few years eh? Interesting...... by then I should be ready for dog number 4...... and it's hard to turn down a pup from super working lines, with raw-fed mostly vaccine-free parents (especially if you end up with nice sables out of her) sooo, I think I will try to stay on your good side until then
Have fun with her. I hope you post updates too :-)
(Pics of pups piled on top of deer carcasses never hurt anyone either, lol)

Okay, put my name down on the waiting list, right now! I'll take a carbon copy of her, anyday!
Glad I could make you smile..actually, glad you can appreciate my sarcastic wit!

With one good shake, all the DNA tests would turn up tainted with Taro and Aja. You don't want them convicted of a crime, do you?
