Well, people who know have posted on this forum that dogs are not subject to prion type diseases, so the brain/nerve tissue would not be an issue. Also, if it's domestic swine, and the rest of the hog is fit for human consumption, those who know have also said that trichinosis is not an issue.
I would say go for it, as long it there isn't too too much fat. I guess you could trim some, if it's really fatty, but I see no reason not to feed pork heads.
I think it should be fine. Got it to let them take turns on it. GSD Mali and Doberman. Still has the ears nose and tongue. It is whole and sold for tamalles. Think I will get a couple more. Will leave it in the freezer for the three weeks also. They also have beef heads now for 1$/lb. Might get one of those as well.
