Well after working with tugs for about 4 months my Malinois got her upgrade to the suit a few weeks ago.
It sort of caught me by surprise that our coach let her go ahead so I was pretty excited myself to see her have a go at him. He was still just letting her have fun as you will see with the wagging tail. It was all done with very mild obedience with no physical corrections. But he did start to set her up for going into couche as that will be the next step for doing the guard, once she was firmly implanted into a couche he'd offer the leg as a reward. Do you think she was enjoying herself?
My 14 year old daughter did the camera work I think she did a pretty good job.
Sure pay her airfare she doesn't like to muck out the horse stalls though!
For sure it's a lot of fun seeing Sasha improve she has come a long way. I'm really lucky to have hooked up with this French Ring club. The coach and the other 2 decoys are wonderfully patient with me with all the silly questions I ask. That day my dog did the palisade for the first time as well. It was 1.6m to start but it really freaked me out when she went up and over that first time. Done all with positive reinforcement to boot.
I told Kevin and John you were considering the move to Montreal. They are really excited about the possibility as well. Probably more so that we can put a suit on you and have our dogs beats you up!! Ha-ha! Has BB bruised you through the leg sleeve yet? Robert our green in training decoy got put up with John's FRIII in training male Mal 'Rio' who is about 65lbs of rocket sled, he had some good bruises after his workout!!
