If you look at a litter and there is a small male. What is the chance that that dog will turn out to be normal sized and not smaller sized? I realize that he will be more likely to be smaller but does anyone have experience with smaller males that grow up to be normal sized dogs?
Sorry for posting it here, I wasnt sure where else to put it...
How old is the litter? I have a Sheltie who wouldn't have been sold to me, had he not been twice the size of the rest of the litter. He was determined to go oversize. 'Turns out he's well within size, and smaller than some of the others.
