I watched that episode and that was the one where he used the e-collar and it was visible but he did not mention that he was using one. Caused a bit of a ruckus if I remember right.
I feel for that lady as well and although I feel for her too, the scenes with the kids make me cringe.....

Saw that episode and have to say I don't feel badly for the lady. The first thought that entered my mind when she had that cat on her lap with the dog in the room was that she was utterly nuts. I was surprised that Cesar didn't tell her to put the cat down. What on earth did they think was going to happen? She was lucky she didn't lose an eye!
That was one funny video though lol.
