Oh! I'd call the vet first thing in the morning. Sounds like a vaginal infection.

She also has sores on the back of her legs.
When she gets up and starts moving they start bleeding my vet told me that is a good thing
Because she is bringing new skin to the surface.
Can that cause the smell.
My vet i doing everything for free sence she is a stray right now
So anything I should do tell me please I can get it done now

Well, I'm not a fan of "just in case" antibiotics, but be sure to finish a protocol you have started. JMO.
Is there any chance that there is yeast overgrowth in the folds of the armpits or groin? It would really be better if you could narrow down the spot(s).

If the smell is from yeast the antibiotics won't eliminate it. It would be a very good idea to give her yogurt, kefir, or high quality probiotic supplements to help combat the yeast as well as to replenish the beneficial gut flora that will be killed by the antibiotics.
I agree with Connie that you need to finish the coarse of antibiotics once you start it. Cutting it short will increase the chance of developing resistant "bugs".
It is coming from her back right by her tail.
She has really dry skin there from stratching.
It is wrinkled up a little.
A lot of people say it looks like mange but she did a skin srape and it is not.
She said it was from the fleas but it is looking better.
i am not giving her raw every meal like my other girls and cats do.
She get raw one meal and natures varity dinner.
with 3 squirts of ogema 3 fish oil in each I had one in pill form and the other in squirt but now I bought one that was combined.
So that is what she gets.
Just FYI the smell has not been so bad today as yeserday.
I need you know if this could be from really dry skin.
