I've never been to one of his seminars , but I met him a few years ago and he is a very intelligent guy . He showed me a video of his department's K9 teams doing some off-lead tracks in an urban environment . It was very interesting and we had a very good discussion about it .
I know some K9 Officers that have used his Scent In A Bottle (S.I.A.B.) techniques with good results . He and his wife are both very intelligent and I was impressed on how they read the behaviors of the new dogs we were training at the time . They love their work that's for sure.
