I gave my 4 month old GSD two table spoons of Activa Yogart yeasterday. This morning she got me up to go out side and she had runy stool. An hour later the same thing again after another hour she vomited in her bed that was at 7:00am and now she has thrown up about 6 times and has watery stool. It was 24 hour almost from the time I gave her the yogurt.

just talked to wife who said greta seems happy she had just bit my wife for trying to steal the loffa toy. Doesnt want to eat or drink right now but I wouldnt blame her from what my wife has said she has thrown up every thing she put down her including water and pepto.
Its only taken 4 hours sence the first signs that she was sick at all. I think it been about 30minute sence something has come out of her maybe she is starting to get over it.
It's important that water is kept available for the dog Michael. Puppies can dehydrate very quickly, and that alone can become serious and life threatening before you know it.
Try to make sure the dog is getting some fliud intake.
If my dog isn't learning, I'm doing something wrong.

Michael,
I've always heard to just give the plain yogurt because of the sugar in the other types. Don't know if sugar would cause a problem like you are describing or not. Both of our dogs get two spoonfuls of plain yogurt every morning with no problems (I know my dogs are older). The reason I started the yogurt with Nickie when he was a pup was because he was having vomiting and diarrhea issues.

It was plain activa and the only reason I didnt get the cheap stuff is they were out except for fat free and I saw a major ingerdieant in fat free was wheat.
I also give mine plain yogurt 3-4 times a week.
Even w/ the sugar, I don't think your pup would have that reaction to the Activia.
Can you bait her water with chicken broth to encourage her to drink? If she doesn't start drinking soon, I would get her to the vet...
If she's throwing up and has runny stool for over 24 hours and isn't drinking water, I'd take her to the vet right now. It might be the yogurt, it might not.
And nix the Activia yogurt - no sugar for dogs. Whatever else they put into that yogurt, I don't know, but in the future just give plain white non-flavored yogurt.
Edited to add: just saw Sarah's post. Ditto what she said.
