WOW. I am impressed...both with the dogs and with the helpers. Working in such tight spaces with a dog hanging off your arm can't be easy. The guy in the first vid did some fine acting, to boot!
I can't give you meaningful comments as I know very little about this kind of training but I really enjoy watching it and learning about it. I hope you post more.

Actually, I do have a question and my apologies if this is pretty basic.
In the first video, the guy came through the side door, clearly in a threatening manner, and it appeared the dog wasn't given any command to pop him. The dog made the assessment and reacted accordingly. Is that right?
What would have happened if the same guy had entered without the threatening body movements but yelling? Would the dog still react the same way?
Yes, the dog reacted without any command as the threatening was very clear.
Yes, I think she would have reacted the same way..
First of all never ever a customer comes through that door & secondly : why yell? If someone would open that door in a normal manner and ask a question f.e., she would start barking and keep an very close eye on the person (I think .., never witnessed of course).
Of course, these are all training scenarios & I guess we'll never know how a dog will react the day it's for real..
just received some training vids (couple of months ago).
First time my malinois did 'waterwork'. In the beginning she hesitated somewhat, but still did pretty good (at a certain moment, her head was complety under water & she still kept biting).
