Rocsoe my new chi has his adult and baby K-9 over laping each other.
My question is has anyone had experence with this and what did you do.
He still has 1 or 2 teeth not all the way in yet.
But the k-9 is all the way in it is his bottom left.
Should I take him and have it pulled.
Wait to see if it works itself out.
My vet said to pull it which I know it needs to come out but I cant see risking putting him under for one tooth could I work it loose any advice would be great.
Owe a little history the people that had him befor had never taken him to get dewormed or a set of shots past what the breeder did.
He is 8 months old
birthday nov 1
He at oley roy befor I got him now he is on raw/wellness small bites formulia.
Chews on things all the time
he is fixed now but the vet that I took him to said to wait to get it pulled because its to painful. To do it then
I am just worried that he will have to go under again any advice that someone could give me to work it out or what ever that would be great
I think Pepper was around 7 or 8 monthes at the time. I would freeze wet washclothes for her to chew on. I didn't do anything special but did check them from time to time just to make sure no infections were setting in until one day they were just gone.
Pepper does get a little squirt of CET in her drinking water to help with plaque build up, which little dogs are prone to.
Yup, the frozen wet washclothes will also help with any teething pain. Pepper's teeth were overlapping also (not pretty) but the baby K9 will fall out eventually.
I am going to wait tell he is a year old
If it had not falling out by then I will take him to the vet to have it pulled but they wont put him under they will just give hime a sudation drug

I personally would have the tooth pulled sooner rather than later. Puppy teeth have a tendancy to painfully break and knock against other teeth once the adult teeth are in.
