The following schools offer courses of instruction in dog training, that are approved/accredited by the VA for use with the GI Bill.
(As a sidenote, post-911 combat vets, electing to use the new 9/11 GI Bill, which goes into effect beginning August 2009, need to be aware that monies will be paid directly to the school, and not to the student.)
To the best of my knowledge, those are the ONLY schools accredited by the VA.
You can check with your local VA to see if the list has changed, or check with the school iteself if you are interested. If they are accredited through the VA, they should be able to provide you a CAGE Code.

I'm sad to read this as the "Jo-Thor Dog Traning" in Atlanta is held in absolute contempt by all the serious trainers in the Greater Atlanta area, it's good for a snicker and not much else.
Well, the VA was never known for taking good care of the tax payer's money, sadly.

This is not entirely true Under the Post 9/11 GI bill. Under the Bill you need not have been in Combat, just in service. This also transferable to immediate dependents. Also you recieve the Money for school, cannot exceed your state of residence most expensive state run school. You will also recieve Basic Allowance for Housing at the E-5 With Dependents Rate, for your local of residence, and a 1000.00 a year for books. The payments for School are for 36 months of school (actual time in attendence, not calendar years) and the BAH will be for calendar years 48 months.
