He's actually filled out even more approaching his 3rd birthday. The vet thinks he developed more slowly because of his parvo as a pup. He was so skinny and weak when he first came home that he didn't even have the muscles to stand and walk properly. He also didn't have any way to keep warm so he would crawl up behind my mom while she was sitting in her computer chair. He found that he could also take swats at Xena from there. He wore a jacket for the first two months because it was just costing him too many calories to keep warm. Xena mothered him until he got older.
