 Strange vomit in puppy

For the last two early mornings (3-5 am), our 6 mo. old Presa puppy has vomited a small amount of a clear fluid. It looks like saliva but comes from her stomach.
I hear her do that multiple wretch thing, then she throws up that clear fluid. I look, but find nothing in the vomitus.
Other than the am vomiting, she is her usual playful, rambunctious self.
She still has a voracious appetite. Nothing appears to be physically wrong with her.
We have her on a RAW diet.
Her poops are normal in appearance and frequency.
She is a "Hoover," vacuuming up every item on the ground. She'll eat everything from dirt to grass to palm fronds to sticks. Trouble is (again) I see nothing in her vomitus.
How concerned should I be about this? Is this a wait and see type of situation or should I get her to the vet right away?

Are you feeding one meal a day?
Is the vomitus yellowish and frothy?

Connie,
I feed usually 3 but sometimes 2 meals per day. Vomitus is neither yellow nor frothy. Looks like water or saliva. She does not have access to water after bed time, so I doubt its water.

No, I was thinking empty-stomach bile.
There is no bloat symptom, like NONproductive retching, restlessness, discomfort, lethargy, right?
The dog has not done this on a full stomach? Only on an empty stomach?

She retches, then vomits a small amount (twice), then it's over. When I fed her a half chicken for lunch two days ago, she gulped it too fast and threw it up (within 20 seconds of eating). That evening, I feed her a light meal of two duck necks. Other than that, it's been only on an empty stomach. She certainly is not lethargic. She seems perfectly fine and normal after the episode. No looking at or nosing her tummy.
This morning,she vomited at 5 am. At 6, I did a training session with her using Zuke's treats. Went for a short walk and fed her at about 7-7:30 am (normal meal of small chicken carcass, turkey neck, yogurt, gizzard/heart mix and ground beef). She wolfed it down as usual. She pooped after b-fast. After her usual post-breakfast crazies, she's now settled down and is resting quietly at my feet.

I'd stick with three meals for now, and avoid very empty stomach for a while. JMO. I'm not a puppy expert at all, but this is what I do with seniors who have that empty-stomach vomiting.
I think that empty-stomach vomiting is very different from the kind from scarfing down a meal too fast, puking it up, and starting over.

Has this always been with frothy/yellowish vomitus? Have you experienced the clear fluid as I described? Any idea what the clear fluid indicates?
I'm concerned but encouraged Cleo's otherwise normal behavior and appearance.

If I saw no other symptoms, no blood, no lethargy, no bloat symptoms, no distress, I would modify the feeding plan as mentioned to reduce empty-stomach periods for now. Then if it continued, I'd call the vet.
