I am on another dog forum and a member asked how many dogs everyone had. Well, to my surprise I had more dogs than most of the individuals who replied. I have 4 dogs-1 demo dog for OB and 3 pets. The average number of dogs everyone had was 1-3.
I must be crazy to want another dog next year? I think part of my problem is finding and keeping strays (3), except my Lab. Now I know where all my money goes. They all eat very well (raw now, thanks to this forum) and are on heartworm & flea meds during the warmer months.
So I am curious, how many dogs does everyone here have?
We have 2, a GSD mine) and a Chi. The GSD (with never ending energy)takes up most of my free time, but the Chi enjoys the drive building as well (it has helped her to catch lizards which are very fast).
I agree with Lisa, nice set of GSD's Melissa. Looks like they get along quite nicely.
I would love to add a Mal, but maybe it is not such a good idea, my hubbie and GSD are both whining, my hubbie because he complains about the time I spend with the dog and the dog because he wants more training.
If I have understood all that has been written here, Mals are even more energetic than GSD's .
