I only feed her Taste of wild natural food since she was 8 weeks old. We give her bully sticks and dehydrated beef liver treats. I did give her 2 pieces of an orange slice that fell on the floor yesterday. She's not scratching the bumps, but I can tell they are making her itch. She has been running around our oleanders bushes in the back. She has been around them since she was 8 weeks old.

FYI: All parts of the Oleander are highly poisonous to both humans and animals and not something you'd want planted where a dog could chew on them or come into contact with them.

Sometimes you just need to admit you need the vet.
First step is to eliminate your dog's suffering. Call the vet if you believe these are hives (I honestly can't tell from the photos, hives often appear differently) and get a dosage amount for an antihistamine and get your poor dog some relief. Hives like those would drive me insane and frankly you need to avoid the more severe reaction which is coming if you allow the immune system to kick into overdrive like this.
Secondly, go to the vet and get a diagnosis. Lumps like those can be infection, can be tumors (even in puppies), can be mosquito bites, flea bites, cockroach bites, can be from rubbing against cactuses etc.
Take some time to think about where your dog has been around the time these lumps appeared. Odds are it's not diet, but it could be. Odds are it's not something he's had steady exposure to but it could be.
Isis and I went to the Vet this morning. Diagnosis was Allergic reaction to what I'm not sure. She was given a shot of Prednisone and Benadryl. With Prednisone tablets and Benadryl tablets to be give tomorrow. Dr. thinks she may have been bitten by something. She has been around our Oleander's since she was 6 weeks old shes now 9 months. Isis doesn't chew or eat them and we've never had a problem her and the Oleanders. The last few days she has been going behind them in between the block wall and the Oleander. I think she my have been bitten by a spider of some sort.
