I ETSed from the military and want to start my own security company in respects to dogs as in bomb and drug detection. I’ve been doing it on the side now for a while. I’m in the process in obtaining a DEA license. My problem is I know in some states require security companies to have a private security license to work dogs. I’ve being doing some research to see if my state is one of them. (Arkansas) I tried calling other companies but I’m not part of the good-ol boy group so that was a bust. I called the state with no luck, not to sure that they understood the question. Any guidance would be helpful, I don’t want the government to bite me in the rear later on.
