The vet was closed tonight so I couldn't even call them, so I'm going to ask you guys:
My 11 month old German Shepherd puppy threw up three times tonight. First time was at four o' clock or so. It was a brown partly digested mush of that days kong, her regular mixture. There were also some scraps from a towel she had chewed up that would have passed threw the other end just fine, ( ) I think. She threw up just a bit more a few minutes later. She was acting her normal peppy self, so at about five twenty I took her on a short walk. She wanted to run a little bit in a feild behind our house, so I thought, 'Why not? She looks fine.' We got back home home at about five thirty and at six I decided to try a cup of food to see if she'd hold it down. Well, she did for an hour and then threw up what looked like the whole cup of hardly digested kibble. The only thing I can think of that brought this on is:
1. We are in the process of switching her over to Evo. We have been at a steady rate of about half and half for almost a week now. I've been taking it really slow. It's about the second week of Evo. (Mixed.) (By yhe way, I didn't add the Evo tonight.)
2. She ate more of the towel than I thought.
3. She had a small staff infection on her stomach that she's been on antibiotics for for maybe a week now without any previous side affects.
4. I put just a tad more mixture in her Kong today, but I doubt that was the problem as it was such an insignificate amount.
Any help would be great. Thanks.
P.S.
I'll call the vet tommorrow.

#1 Stop feeding her except for maybe some mushy overcooked white rice. Let that gut relax.
I've stopped feeding her but I don't have any white rice at the moment. Stores are closed around here. What should we do for breakfast?
Poop is perfectly fine. She went at about 5, her regular time. No problems.
Haven't taken her temperature. I, uh, never have before. I'm assuming you do it rectally? ...

Actually, I just found a box of white rice in the back of the pantry after a bit of looking. I'ts minute rice, but there's nothing weird in it.
No yogurt. Just flavored.
And do you use a human thermometer?
I know, I'm super naive!

I added that Ice Pup mix recently. I makes a great soup (broth) or gravy, made from actual food, no bad ingredients, smells good, and I think would help to keep any sick dog hydrated just by making up a thin batch and giving it at body temp.
