I am a relatively new member here and this is my first post. I was hoping to find some people on here that own/have experience training pits. I have a 7 month old female. She is normally very good and she is very smart especially for a pit. If anybody has experience please post here and I will post back with some problems I am having, thank you.
There a few very good Pit people on the boards, and especially a lot of very good dog people in general. Let them know what's going on and I'm sure you'll get the help you need.

Yep. I doubt that any breed is unrepresented on this board!
Well, the Otter Hound folks seem to be under-represented here on the forum.
For those of you that don't get the joke, the Otter Hound is usually at the absolute bottom of the list of AKC registered dogs with only about 80ish being born per year in the entire United States.
Well thank you all for welcoming me to the boards... So with that said, do any of you know any of the people on here that are knowledgeable on pitbulls? Thanks again..
You made the comment that she is pretty smart for a pit bull. The first thing you must understand is that pit's are some of the smartest most loyal dogs there are. Start out by giving her the props that she deserves and then go from the mistakes we makes as owners and live will be good. Good luck and this board will be there for any problem you may encounter.
I might know just one or two things about Pit Bulls, but rather than me post those few things in advance, how about you tell us what your questions are first? ;-)
