I have a little 9-1/2 week old GSD, she gets really crazy when you tell her NO! I have tried the cheek thing, but as soon as you let go, she is right back harder. I tried the crate thing and she does calm down, but again, as soon as she comes out she is right back at it. I need help!!! Our hands look like we have some kind of disese. (New puppy itis)
Here's a thread from a week ago that gives some suggestions. BTW, this is perfectly normal behavior from a 10 week old pup.
Quit the cheek grabbing; with many pups, it just riles them up more...
PS, stock up on band-aids and peroxide...
Thanks, We are going to do Schutzhund with her, and we don't want to dicourage her from the bite work, however she is a little naughty. She also drives my 14 yr. old GSD nuts, poor girl can't walk anywhere without getting bit. My older dog is really good with her, mostly just ignores her. Every once in awhile she will let her know that she is to rough, but then the hell storm starts.

Ahh, hopefully you will get some response from the Schutzhund folks here. Redirect, redirect, redirect! And start marker training, if you have not already...
Also, you may want to consider tethering her to you; this will prevent her from harassing the senior dog. You want the pup to bond strongly w/you, and tethering will accomplish that.
I did not tether, and I think it took a much longer time for my independant pup to bond w/ me because of it...
