I would continue to exercise her, but don't overdo- if she appears to be getting more tired, reduce the mileage. You need her to stay in shape throughout her pregnancy, so exercise is good. As to the raw diet, it is critical that she get good nutrition, and I've no idea about raw... As to when to stop exercising- I wouldn't. I would, however, toward the end of the pregnancy, walk her, instead of run her.
When I had a pregnant bitch, she had all the free running exercise she wanted in my large fenced yard with my other dogs. She ran a LOT until she was too fat. To be fair, I didn't know she was pregnant! I let her restrict her own exercise, but I didn't jog with her or do anything structured. She slowed down as she started to "show".
I controlled her more in the last couple weeks of pregnancy.
Her four puppies were big and healthy.
Exercise is very important to keep a pregnant dog in top condition. If you have a place she can swim, that is excellent exercise for pregnant dogs because it works out their muscles without stressing the joints or jarring the babies.
I can't speak to raw diet, as I fed kibble, but I did switch her to puppy food (Wellness Puppy) when I found out she was pregnant and then increased her rations significantly as she got hungrier. When she was nursing, she was free-fed.
I don't know about various nutrients they need when pregnant. I hope someone else can comment on this.

Under a "supplement" heading I read Ed recommending that a pregnant or about-to-breed bitch have folic acid.
This article by Lew Olson (who is always a good resource) was brought to my attention by Michael Wise, another forum member who follows nurition research: http://www.b-naturals.com/newsletter/pregnancy/
She too mentions folic acid way up at the top of her list.
