Anybody else tired of the heat??
It's been over a 100F & humid almost every day for the last month or two (or three), and rain has been really scarce. Been expecting to hit stage 3 water restrictions anyday now...
Dixon, Jake and I sit inside in the a/c most of the time... go to the park on and off when the sun starts to go down and it gets back down into the 90's. At least the tour (de france) is on tv we're big cycling fans.
~here's wishing for a cold, rainy front

Very much so!
The bikes have been parked for the last month or so. I'm afraid to jog Turbo like we had been before it got so hot.
He gets pretty hot on our morning walks. Biking would be pushing it too far.
Walks, swimming, and the occasional frisbee for us here.

Take some our rain here in KY. This has been one of the coolest, rainiest spring/summers in years.
Of course, we had been in a drought for several years. This should bring up the water table.

We had some rain over the fourth of July, which was the one time we didn't want it. But other than that it has been 100 or above way too much.
I keep thinking of August and Shuddering.
I am not even walking Yote in this heat.
He is just miserable we play in the sprinkler at night and have gone swimming a couple of times, But other than that he spends a lot of time hugging the air conditioning vents

Yes, the Northeast has had MORE than its share of the wet weather since May. The back part of my yard has been like either a bog nor a sponge, depending on the week, all spring & summer so far. Go figure, Seattle set a record for the most days without rain with 28 or so days....that's 'cause we got it ALL HERE! I am not a big summer weather fan, so the cooler temps have been good, as I see it. Could do with a lot less water, though. The good thing is that I can use my deck during the day, which with usual summer weather you can't step foot out there from 10am - 5pm, unless you want to Fry! My dogs are loving this cooler summer this year. Especially my female that is mostly black.

I'm feeling your pain! 104F & humid is no fun!
I was down in San Antonio last weekend and the humidity was terrible! I'll be wishing along with you for that cold, rainy front.
