Looked at beef cheeks at Walmart, but decided not to buy. Picked up a whole chicken, beef pieces, and ground turkey. Went to another store and I found chicken backs! They are snipped backs and .59 cents a pound, but hey, the only store in town that carried backs. So, I bought 3 packages. Told the store I was coming back Thursday, so if they sell out to order more. Hey, I will take what I can get.
Hambone ate one (in heaven he was). Lucy took hers, but didn't figure out it was edible, so I had her watch Hambone eat his.
I will try Lucy again tonight before I feed her the THK. Probably will drizzle some THK over it and serve it to her. If she doesn't eat it, she has chicken, turkey, and beef meat to choose from. I have hope.
