I'm inclined to agree with the idea: The more they ban the more people want. They don't address misidentification for all those supposed "pitbull" attacks.

I wasn't aware there was a secret underground code that illegal breeders and sellers use. APBT is their "code" fot pit bull? What does that mean for all those other breeds identified by an acronym?
