One of the min pins has been diagnosed with demodectic mange after I took him to the vet yesterday. I did a research on it and some suggested to change their diet? I'm not sure what I need to do at this point. I was told to give Peanut one capsule of immune-stimulant once daily and then come back to vet office for 2nd booster shot to assist his weak immune system. My dogs eat raw from Nature's Variety so should I change their diet?

He is considered a young dog rather than a puppy. He is about 8 months old out of show parents. The vet gave Peanut a booster shot of ivermectin and told me to come back in 3 weeks for 2nd one.

We dealt with this with Matilda when she was 6 momths old. We did the ivermectin orally but at around the same time started feeding a raw diet. One of the two, or a combination of both healed her completely and we've never seen it since.
From the link Connie posted: "Localized demodicosis is considered a common puppyhood ailment and approximately 90% of cases resolve with no treatment of any kind. "
and
"Treatment is not necessary or recommended for localized demodicosis but there are treatment options for people who simply cannot feel right about doing nothing."
