Holy Guacamole! I used this product last night and am kicking myself. The whole house smells like a Moroccan Spice bazaar. It's simply overwhelming. I feel so sorry for Ripley, his nose must be completely deadened.
I'm afraid I burned out both of our olfactory systems for no reason. I hope someone will tell me this stuff works like a dream.

Sorry to break your heart on this but I'm not a fan of Sentry products. With the exception of the Zodiac room spray for the most part I try to stay away from the flea/tick sprays on the shelf at the big box chains.

Well you can always try it on stuff like porches and outside door frames. At least here we get most of our blood suckers from them just slipping in under the door when storms strike.

So, it's safe to say it's not "a fragrance you and your dog will enjoy" as per the pitch?
I have no experience with this product, but I had a similarly disheartening experience with garlic and horses a few years ago. The horses (and the whole barn, really) REEKED of garlic, but we still had just as many flies
If anyone has had good luck with a natural pest-repellent product I'd love to know what it is so I can try it. I haven't had very good luck with them myself.
Ditto. We could make a fortune if we could invent a safe, natural insecticide that actually WORKED. Given my dog's enlarged spleen I'm scared to use anything on him right now, and am wondering if the herbal stuff caused the enlargement. (Grasping at straws, I know.)
As far as scent, if you love cloves, really, really love cloves, you might be ok.
