Does anyone have any suggestions for a lightweight crate that is over 30 inches tall? I have found a few online, but they all look somewhat flimsy. I need this to bring to training classes and it is getting difficult to lug around a huge wire crate.
Great prices, fast service and sometimes they have free shipping deals.
I live in Whitehorse, Yukon. It was cheaper for me to get 3 extra large travel crates shipped here than it was for me to get the crates in town. I saved $70!
My shipping was only $50, because I got the free shipping deal, so I only paid the shipping within Canada.
I buy midwest soft crates and they have been great. But if you consider the nature of a soft crate, your dog should be totally crate trained before you ever use one.

I have a Cabana Crate that I love for travel, but it's soft-sided, which is great for a more mature, trained dog who understands the rules.
I will need something more sturdy for my next puppy until she reaches that level, so have recently discovered the Nylabone (yes, Nylabone!) Fold Away Den Carrier. It's basically a very sturdy, plastic, collapsable crate. A lot lighter than lugging around a wire crate, and much more secure and sturdy than one of the soft-sided ones.
