Maybe this has already been posted, but even if it has, I wanted to revisit it! I was at my vet's today for Kasey's mandatory 3 yr rabies shot (or the feds come after me!), and he told me about the study they are trying to fund in order to definitively prove to the 'officials' that rabies vaccines last at least 7 years. The study is being done with Dr. Dodds and they are calling it The People's Rabies Challenge. They are testing the vaccine for 5 to 7 years in order to prove it's longevity rates, and have completed 2 years so far, I believe. This is a website that explains the whole thing and tells where you can help out financially to keep the study going. http://animalwellnessmagazine.com/m/m86/main.htm
