Wow I have to say the most frustrating command I have taught Nero is the stand. I am having to back out of the lure sooooooo slow! I am using Michael Ellis's system and it's great but geez he's having a lot of trouble with it. <-the stand part anyways!
Do you mean stand up, or the stack? If it is tsand up I learn mines from the sit position, and just trust the reward to his chest area and he will back up and stand. I need the stack position

I am glad I am not the only one. I am trying to teach the Stand also and have same issue. When she actually does it, it's sloppy. I started teaching "Pad" for going to a touch pad at the same time and she does that like a champ.
I just got the Ellis DVD too and like his methods. I must be doing something wrong... UGH!!!
Stephen! I figured out what we are both doing! I'm assuming you're making my mistake. I just finished watching Ellis's lecture on his philosophy. I am not giving enough of a break between the command and the lure. Just watch this I feel dumb ;(
