I have a new dog and I am looking for a kewl new name. All of my dogs get German names, but this one, I am out of ideas on. I once saw a LE dog, on the internet that had a awesome Z name, I am looking for z names, or L names, possibly,...would like to stick with the z name this time. Something very unusal, and german, or germanish prefered...Got any ideas??
BTW he is a rescue dog, with 4 bites in his history and he is getting his last chance at life with me.I have already had one dog named Leben, which is the word for life, so he cant have that particular name again. I am partial to the Neiko, Reiko Mekia sounds, but just about burnt out on that.
Got any kewl names that you care to throw out there for me?

Are you lookin at actual names (people names) or are you looking for any word that starts L or Z in the german language. Some of them if I remember from German class mean a phrase or such in just one word that might work for your new pup.
For my pup we had to pick a name that started with F. Every year was a different letter of the alphabet. Its the way the breed standard works lol. I looked up translations and the French dictionary. Picked the F section and went to town between the French/English translator and the F section of the French dictionary. I think you can even get dictionaries online free that are German (French in my case) and they are automatically translated into your language.
Thanks for all the great names, I had looked at german dog names and not that many z's..he is a protector, so Zindel might be good...Again, will look at all submitted and see what fits best. THANKS EVERYONE
