I have been asking for help on difference topic here on the board about dogs, that is what we have in common. I have meet some niece people, so it cross my mind . Why don't we get together as a whole. are in group sections by regions, just to know each other and have a good time over a summer or spring holiday. whole have to be a nice hotel, with music and food. 200 or 300 group? Am I crazy or this is possible? Dan

I would love to meet a few folks and get to know them, but think that a much smaller group would make it easier to really get a chance to talk with them and learn about them. I know when even my entire family with spouses and kids get together, we don't get to "visit" as much as we would like! I think a much smaller meeting has potentional!

Oh! I LOVE this idea. I have such a bizarre work schedule that I seldom get to socialize. I love the idea of meeting like-minded people to 'chill' with. I think it's a brilliant idea, Dan, not crazy at all.

We can do what we need to do, Do anyone in any region has a nice hotel, it could run from $70. a night to a little less if we get an organizer in each region and a treasurer for accountability. We could even look for a dog friendly place. Dan

Thanks Lisa. we will have to see how many people are crazy like us. then we start organizing, I haven't look at the calendar but what about labor day, or any other suggestion, Please remember that, it will be unlikely for everyone to agree, but lets give it a shot. Dan

As long as it could be a family event (kids included)I know my family would love to come. But if your doing it in the summer why not do a camp ground. Pups and Humans alike would probably like the out doors a bit more then walls and hallways..cheaper too.
