I got them off the "Keeping a Family Cow" board.
Its a homesteading board for people with livestock, but primary focus is on family dairy cows.

I love the videos! My favorite is the big white dog carrying the poodle in the basket.
What is that large caramel colored houndy looking dog in the first video? I thought great dane at first, but I don't think that is right.
I googled Mirror method dog training , but nothing concrete came up except that is developed in hungary and it uses the dogs natural instincts to train them. Also the dog's emotions mirror that of the owner and tha is also used in training.
