currently i have got a training for an aggresive lab, who around a year old and already have bitten few people and 2 of his previous trainner, its not a pure breed Lab.
I belive the reason of the aggresive behaviour is too much of affection given by the owners with no rules and regulations in the house and the dog has climbed up the hierchy ladder of the house. He doesn't listen to the family members, he growls at them and also bitten the Dad and mother both. They had planned to give him to the shelter however after counselling them we have managed to convience them after training and behaviour modification of him, The dog can become a good and they can enjoy the benefits of keeping a Canine.
The daily schedule of the dog is not very impressive, he doesnt get enough activity throughout the day to burn the energy off, which has taken a negative form.
The dog has been sterilised(Castration) just a week back which will help to reduce the aggresive behaviour. Would like have some tips and advise from you on the same.
There are also lots of videos.
I find these resources useful to direct my clients to...I will often send them a link to the proper E book and have them read it.
It sounds like you have a good grip on their problem, now you just need to educate them on how to go about changing their behavior.
There is a great article about pack structure, and also a fantastic video of the same.

Do you mean that the dog is now in your home, or that you have convinced the bitten owners to keep the dog (with you coming in to train him)?

Wait...the dog is still with the family?
Or do you have it there with you for "boot camp"?
It doesn't sound like they have the skills to start to turn this dog around.
If it is dominance based aggression that has gone that far, they could really get hurt trying to train him.
What kind of bites are we talking about?
The dog is with the owners and yes i have convinced the owner to keep the dogs, the bites are on the hand and on the legs. and yes i have never trained an aggressive dog before however i am ready to take up this challenge of training him because down the line in my career i have to.
The dog is dominant aggressive toward the owners & has bitten both of them, & you, who has no experience working with dominant agressive dogs are helping retrain this dog & owners, while it continues to live with them ?!!!
I don't see this ending very well. At least, not for the dog. JMO

I personally would be less worried about the dog and more worried about the handler and trainer.
I think that aggression can be something that can be fixed and not just masked.
Unfortunately with out seeing the dog and handling it, none of off can properly access the dog.
I also see that you live in India, I am sure finding trainers is much harder there.
You can read up on it here on leerburg and hopefully get some working advice from a few people. Unfortunately at this time I am unable to offer advice because I just cant with out handling the dog first hand and seeing with my eyes what the dog is doing.
Good luck. Hey, you have to get your first sometime. Why not start now. =)`
