I have a question about my gsd and wonder if its something that is nothing to worry about or something to worry about that you guys might have an answer to fix. This past sunday when I woke and took her out I noticed that when she was going pee so finished and then after walking around a little bit she kneel down like she was going to pee again but nothing came out other than a couple drops and she repeat this three or four times and this has been going on for about 4 days now. She has also been having diarhea as well. Then this morning we woke up to the smell of her pooping in the bed room then getting sick right afterwards all over the floor. I have not changed anything in her diet. She is on an advanced puppy kibble line I sell at my work which is Southern States. As well as treats from Natural Balance raw meat sticks (almost like a salami stick). I was hoping that someone from here would maybe have some input on what might be the cause and a fix. The only other thing that I've been noticing that she is doing is nawing a tall grass here and there and occasionally I catch her tryin to eat poop. But she has learned now that its a no no. Please if you can help or have ideas I would greatly appreciate it.

The dog needs a vet visit, and (if you can do so without taking extra time before you go), you'll want to take fresh urine and fecal samples along.
How old is she?
These symptoms (the UTI-like pee symptoms, the diarrhea and vomiting, the grass-eating) could indicate an advancing infection (not home-treatable without a vet visit).
I would call the vet today. Please let us know how it goes.
She is almost 8 months old and as far as the eating she has been doing fine maybe a little less but nothing to notice a real change. And her mood is not that one of a dog who is sick. She plays, runs, and carry's on like nothing is wrong. Even when she has diarhea is like it doesn't faze her. She is her dominent wild child self lol. I will call the dentist in the morning tomorrow to see what they advise me to do. As far as the hear comment she is spaded but two other of our dogs my parents dogs are in heat so is this maybe her peeing over top of them and even still what about the random poop in the house and getting sick? Thank you for all the comments I am willing to hear more if you have any more ideas.
