Hello! My name is Olivia Brown and I'm in southern Georgia. I'm 25 and happily married to my highschool sweetheart. We have a 3 year old son and a 5 month old baby boy. We also recently bought a 15 week old Belgian Malinois named "Vader". He is from strong working lines...his dad is a K-9 police dog in North Georgia and he has a full brother who is also a full service police dog. His mother was imported from Belgium. My husband is a police officer and we are very excited to have one of these amazing dogs. Vader is incredibly smart, has a super high prey drive, and is very willing to please. We are doing lots of different exercises to see what area he will excel in. Along with my family and my dog, I also love my horses and I run my own photography business. I am thrilled to be here. Welcome! Handsome pup! I can't imagine having an infant, AND a working-pup! Yikes! I've got a 6 & 2 yr old- I can't imagine what my life would be like if my 1 yr old DS was any younger.
Thanks everyone! Of course I think Vader is gorgeous but I'm a tad partial My horse is a Missouri Fox Trotter but I can understand why he could be mistaken for an Arab in that pic...he has similiar head structure.
No problem....most people have never heard of the Fox Trotters. Believe it or not he was a rescue case. He was starved and nearly beaten to death when he was younger and I've owned him for 8 years. It took nearly a year of constant work before I earned his trust. He's an amazing animal and definitely the best horse I've ever owned.
