Is it just for a short not-too-hot time? I read about making a wolf outfit for a human with tufts of fake gray fur glued all over a garment (I forget what it was .... maybe a long-sleeve t-shirt)? Especially the big gray ruff.
And then the temporary gray hairspray on the rest?
I'm sure Drift is unusually tolerant of such doings.
And there are actually a few dogs who like the attention and the whole thing about costumes, amazingly. I guess it's the attention; I can't imagine what else it would be. But every Fourth of July we have a local Shortest Parade on Earth thing that is an ambassador for the "scary" breeds, in which the Pugs get dressed up and march along with the GSDs, Mals, and others as not-costumed outriders. The Pugs bring the spectators out and the well-trained "scary" breeds demonstrate something about breed misconceptions.
Anyway -- some of the Pugs (like mine) will go only as far as wearing a neckerchief in July 4th colors, but there are actually several who seem to really enjoy wearing a hat or other garment and strutting along. (The big dogs, including mine, stick with neckerchiefs. )
(I think any kind of face-mask is a bad idea, but I'm sure you do too; I'm just adding that for readers who may be new to dogs and not realize how much of an anxiety-trigger and how dangerous it can be for a dog to have an facial/visual/audio obstruction.)
Seriously, a wolf? for such a kind dog? what about getting one of those angel halos that are actually a headband? and some wings that can be put on her back.

Marcia, I'm kinda' with you... I can NOT picture Drift as a wolf! HOWEVER, I know it 'tis the spooky season,so maybe angel wings and a halo with horns? GRRRRRRRRR.
Drift is awesome. She coudn't be scary on a bad hair, hormonal, no chocolate injested day.
