As most people here on leerburg, I also want to be a good trainer of my two dog pack. Currently their is not a problem I can see, my approach right now is having my dogs tether to a long strong 30ft. cable. and I go from one dog to the other, depending on their level, I train at that.
Question? Should I do my training outside the view of the other? Their is distraction and compliance. but I am wondering if there is a better way? Dan

I would not train in front of the other dog until the behavior is known / understood and you are ready to begin introducing distractions. For Chico, this might be the time, but for Carla, most likely not.

She is the distraction, Thanks Barbara, I will do my training out of site with Carla, maybe in the house, see what the wife have to say? and for Chico, I am looking forward to our road trip tomorrow to train, the weather is real nice these several day's. Dan
