My dogs' tags have my vet's info (and mine). No matter what happens to my phone or number, my vet is a pretty solid contact. What a great outcome!

The collar tags for adjustable collars don't come off on their own. Period. My 3 have all have boomerang collar tags and Kenzi also has a plastic hang tag as it is much easier to see with her rough coat(FWIW, the plastic tags are high quality and wonderful, too - they don't clank around like metal ones either) I skipped the address and dog's name on my dog's collars because I travel around with them a lot and I'd much rather have phone numbers for people to call. So each tag has my name, my home town and 3 numbers - my cell, my folks house number and my brother's cell.
