Ryuk has recently gained unsupervised living room privileges (when I'm home of course)...he's been doing well with it...
So tonight he's sleeping (at least I thought he was) in the living room when I hear a crash. I rush around the corner to check it out and find Ryuk sliding to a stop. My dog has FLUNG himself as fast as possible on his stomach on the floor as far away from the spilled dishes as possible and squeezed his eyes shut. I come in the room and he sloooooooooowly gets up and stretches because you know....he was TOTALLY sleeping the entire time....yep....totally....
I'm waiting for the day he does something and throws the cat into the middle of it to frame him....
Of course he was innocent. And you couldn't have seen him moving because he was invisible. LOL Our dogs are just too smart for our good sometimes, aren't they?
Maggie is much more brazen. She grabs a sock whenever possible, from prohibited places like the closet. Curls up with the sock under her chin and looks at us as if to say, "were you looking for this?"

yeah, I wonder how it got there.
lol don't even get me started on socks in this house. Just this morning my housemate took off one of her socks HAD IT IN HER HAND talking to my other housemate and Ryuk just gently plucked it out of her hand like it was his job and hid it in the cough cushions. It took her a full minute before she realized what he'd done XD Lucky he doesn't eat socks, just steals them and puts them places, I've been trying to get him to use the hamper but for every sock he gets in there he takes two more out to put in the couch -_-
They always look so cute when they do it too....

In my house, it's always the cat that will frame the dog.
Our cat's a jerk like that too XD he prefers to get his revenge through HIS mom. He'll wait until she walks in the room and take a swipe at Ryuk (who's innocently curled on the couch) she'll assume that Ryuk did something and call for me to yell at him....in her eyes the cat can do no wrong. And if both animals get into trouble (they have this great method of getting food out of the pantry involving Ryuk opening the closet and moving a chair and Clarence jumping up to the high shelves where the treat are knocking them down to where Ryuk can open them. They both will share their spoils on the floor and if caught will both run to a couch and "fake sleep") it's ALWAYS Ryuk's fault.
