Hose and dawn dish soap works in a pinch. Babywipes *might* work if it's not that bad but really I'd just hose him off, rub some soap on him and hose him off again and call it a day. .
wetting some towels and putting shampoo on them, especially with his short coat it should work. We do this to get poop off our old dogs bum when he has accidents and he has bushy bum hair. Will need a few towels you dont mind throwing out.....
old age means realizing you will never own all the dogs you wanted to- unknown
When Vader was younger, he was bad about peeing in his crate. I got tired of the daily bath ritual so I got some waterless shampoo. It comes in a spray can and sprays on their coat like a powder. You let it sit for a few minutes and then brush it out. It doesn't replace a real bath with soap and water of course, but it did get the smell out and worked for days when I couldn't bathe him. I found it at our farm supply store and it cost around 10.00.
I've used Febreeze to take dog poop smell off my hands. It worked when nothing else like soap & water, GoJo or alcohol would.
Don't know how it might affect a dog's skin though.
FWIW, my senior guy now knows a new command ... 'Butt Bath'. He hears that, gets in the tub and waits to get a tush cleaning. He rather seems to enjoy it.
No breed prejudice here Matt. I think a Presa was a great choice for you. When someone can't figure out how to clean the poop off their puppy, a breed with a short, straight coat shows nice forethought. What a nightmare that would have been if someone talked you into a Puli.

I know you would never speak to me like this in person
