Eva is 3 years old Pitbull Boston Terrier mix.
I got her since she was 1 years old and she already spayed / neutered.
I caught her humps my pillow couple times.
Today is the 6th time I caught her humping my pillow and when she know tat I watch her, she feels ashamed (not guilty).
So why Eva humps my pillow?

Michael.....I laughed so hard that my sides hurt.....
and then the answer about not knowing how cute the pillow was....
Oh my.....
Totally expecting the talk about dogs not feeling shame or guilt..which they don't....and then the pillow comment....bwahhhaahhhaaa.

				 she feels ashamed (not guilty).
As Willie said, she probably wasn't feeling ashamed about getting caught fluffin' the pillows. Besides the point. Doesn't matter.
I don't know why she was doing it. Probably doesn't matter, either.
Close the door to the room. Teach her to stay off the bed.

That's good specific advice, but the OP is probably concerned about the fact that a spayed female dog is humping anything at all!
I've only seen one other Female dog do this, and it was a Pit/Boston mix as well.

I have been told that this behavior is displaced dominance.
It often happens with a lower ranking pack member..they don't have anyone to dominate so they pick an object..a pillow or stuffed animal.
I have also seen a dog do this to an owner's possessions when the dog does not feel they they can get away with dominating the person.
I have been told these are the reasons...I do not know this as fact..but since its just me and Michael I thought I would offer it up.
If anyone knows different please speak up.
Do what Michael said..teach her to stay off the bed and shut the door.

Good grief, she does it cause it feels good and is fun.
When they spayed her they didn't cut off the part that hits the pillow.
The wiring for them and us isn't all THAT different......
Tell her no and be done with it.

Dr. Google mentioned a chance of humping being a sign of UTI.
Are you seeing anything else healthwise?
If not, and this doesn't raise any concerns with you medically, I'd stick with what I wrote earlier.
Dog's hump stuff. It is self rewarding.
IMO the best, quickest, easiest way to stop a self rewarding habit is to prevent it from becoming a habit in the first place.
