I'd say 9.2 as the technique is clearly superior.....
The belly on that dog hit the water before any other appendage...even the feet...this clearly supports a higher score....
Why stop with undergarments? Obviously, bikini bottoms open an entirely new market, as do mens' speedos. (Those really should be outlawed...)
The bikini bottoms could give a vocal reminder every 4 hours to reapply suntan, or they could be set for every 45 minutes to tell you to turn over for a more even tan.
The speedos should all be programed to say "good God man, go put on some pants!"
